Dr. Tammy Lobach, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC is a dual-certified doctorate-prepared nurse practitioner. She specializes in psychiatric mental health and is a family nurse practitioner. Her nursing career started over 20 years ago in Pennsylvania. Tammy received her Master’s in Nursing Science from DeSales University and completed a post-master certification at Wilkes University. She also achieved a doctorate degree from Bloomsburg University. Tammy’s goal is to focus on the needs of patients and families. She takes pride in the partnership and teamwork with patients that will lead to optimal mental health and wellness. She is qualified to diagnose and treat a wide array of conditions across the entire lifespan, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Approaches would include medication, lifestyle changes and /or psychotherapy.
She was recognized as the 2016 Rural Health Center of the Year in PA and won the 2018 Outstanding Rural Health Organization Award from the National Rural Health Association. She was also trained in motivational interviewing, helping patients with self-management of their chronic conditions. She also contributed to HealthStar, a mobile youth health van that screened for eating disorders, depression, alcohol and drug use, safety, and violence.
Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband and family in her free time. She loves the outdoors, taking walks, riding her bike, and sitting at a campfire relaxing.
